Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion is open to selected Brother Approved Partner Programme (BAPP) Resellers only. A list of qualifying resellers is held by Brother UK Ltd (BUK).
2. The promotion is valid during September 2010 or whilst stocks last.
3. The promotion offers the reseller the chance to buy a qualifying colour product (see below) and receive a DCP-377CW at no cost or cash back up to the value of £75. All purchases to be made through Authorised Brother UK Distributors (details available upon request).

4. The BUK Telesales Team will invite selected BAPP Resellers the opportunity to participate in this promotion and receive the preferred prize, DCP-377CW or relevant cash back. Interest to purchase will be forwarded by the BUK Telesales Team to the chosen Distributor.
5. If the cash back option is chosen, the BUK Telesales Team will ask for an invoice to be sent to Brother UK Limited, Shepley Street, Audenshaw, Manchester M34 5JD marked "BAPP Reseller Cash Back Promotion" for the attention of Damian Mellett;
6. The Distributor will contact the reseller to verify purchase and supply, ship and invoice the chargeable products. Confirmation of this order will be sent to BUK who will ship the free unit direct to the reseller or process the submitted cash back invoice within 28 days on confirmation of the order.
7. Should a reseller return any chargeable products for any reason within 90 days of the closure of this promotion the BAPP Reseller must return the free of charge unit(s) to BUK at the reseller's expense or refund the cash back value.
8. BUK reserves the right to change the content or terms of this promotion without notice and with no liability to the Distributor, BAPP Reseller of any relevant third party.
9. Any sales made by a Distributor after the 30 September 2010, will not qualify for this promotion;
10. In all matters relating to this promotion, the decision of BUK will be deemed as final and binding.
11. This promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with special bid pricing or any other promotions.
12. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
