Greta product This Brother printer was not originally my first choice but I had to return a printer from another well known supplier, from whom I have several other products, due to a persistent fault. The Brother multi-function printer has been fantastic fron day one and I am delighted with all aspects of it. 27 May 2011
A sound product. The MFC9320CW does what is says on the tin, with no issues or fuss. Not the fastest, but fast enough. Good quality prints in mono and colour. Easy set up. Easy to scan, fax and copy. Only quibble is that I can't see the status of the toner cartridges - pages left etc.from the pc. 27 May 2011
Simple yet professional Despite being a multi-purpose machine, we have not needed to provide any training on how to send faxes, photocopy etc. Printing is a snap, and supports options like printing multiple pages on a single sheet, etc. For the price, it's a remarkably able and professional printer. 26 May 2011
