Good product with a reservation. This printer is excellent value for money and offers the print quality most offices will be pleased with. The slight exception to giving this product 5 stars across the board is the somewhat flimsy fold down manual feed tray. It is easily dislodged and requires snapping back into place. 06 July 2011
The MFC-9465CDN has great features We have had a MFC-9420CN for 5 years in our small office, which has recently stopped working reliabIy. Initially I wanted to shy away from replacing it with another Brother Model, because our experience has not been as expected. When scanning the market for available alternatives, I came across the Brother MFC-9465CDN, which was advertised with interesting features that were not available from alternative manufacturers in that price range. We scan all our incoming mail on a daily basis. The main feature of interest for this was the Duplex scanning unit. Rather than manually turning each double sided original, the automaitc sheet feeder scans both sides in one go, whithout slowing down or feeding the sheet again. The whole scanning process is very fast and reliable. It is also possible to scan directly to other network PCs or a USB memory device. The scanning software interface with the PC is also easy to understand and operate. Double sided printing and copying was also an important selection criteria and this works very well. Otherwise this model performs as it should be compared to the previous one. It runs very quietly and reasonably fast. Everyone in the office is now happy. Well done Brother. 05 June 2011
Brother MFC-9465CDN This product has an excellent print quality, and has great speed when copying. On the downside it seems a little slow when printing large print jobs and it seems to use a lot of toner. This is not helped by the fact that all the colour toner cartridges need replacing at the same time regardless of which one runs out. Apart from the toner problem happy with the printer, a good work horse. 02 June 2011
Great for small business This printer has been excellent. Fast, automatic duplex option - it mkaes printing professional booklets and presemtations for meetings do fast and easy. It saves me so much time now compared to our last printer. Really, really worth having. 27 May 2011
MFC-9465CDN Purchased this product 3 months ago, had reservations about how well it might work with in our network set up. Well we have been plesently surprised by its ease of use and functionality. Would recommend to anyone with a small network are stand alone PC...... 27 May 2011
Good all rounder Our old multi-function machine was coming to the end of it's life and I was looking around for a replacement. I did a bit of research and came up with the Brother MFC-9465CDN as it seemed to meet all our requirements with the added benefit of duplex copying. It has gone beyond my expectations and we are delighted witht the product overall. It is simple to operate and even the more technically challenged in the office have to admit it's pretty good. 27 May 2011
What a great machine!!! This machine does everything we expected! The machine was easy to install and set up and the print is very good quality. When printing in volumns it prints very quickly. The fax, copy and scanning features are very easy to use. All in all a great machine for a great price! Would highly recommend! 27 May 2011
Fantastic Product This machine replaces a mono laser and stand alone scanner and the quality exceeds those it replaced. Add to that we now have a fax facility and duplex printing. Fantactic value. 27 May 2011
